I LOVE teaching Dad's and partners ways to support Mom with helpful techniques to use in Labor and the benefits they create!

Combining 26 years of experience as a LMT, Expert Myofascial Release Therapist, Reiki Master and 10 yrs as a Certified International Birth Doula, I feel blessed and confident to support you through this journey.

The bottom line...
My commitment includes 12 hours (spread out over 6 weeks or 3 months) of educating, preparing and sharing in the most important day of your lives. That includes the following services:
One pre-delivery Myofascial Release session to balance your pelvis (90 minutes) for easier delivery, and help calm pre-birth anxiety.
Photographing and creating a memory book of your most sacred moments? YES, MA’AM!
With you from the moment you call with "I think I'm in Labor" until two hours after your birth, whether its 4 hours oI 24? DEFINITELY!
Postpartum Myofascial/Cranial Sacral treatment for your newborn, and monthly FREE sessions for him/her for the 1st two years following birth...providing I’m still residing in Martin County.
Total base fee $ 1,200.00 ($300.00 non-refundable deposit due with contract signing.)
There will be $ 100.00 per day ADDITIONAL FEE, for each day, or portion thereof, beyond a “24 hrs Labor & Delivery.”
Back-up Doula. Sad news. I am not Wonder Woman! If I have a prior commitment during your gestational period, or you experience an extremely long labor, I’ll hire a support person, to be with you while I re-charge my batteries!
We will discuss the perimeters of this fee during our initial face-to-face meeting.
